摘要
3-(α-甲氧基)甲烯基苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮的合成是合成嘧菌酯中最关键的一步。本文重点研究了由邻羟基苯乙酸合成3-(α-甲氧基)甲烯基苯并呋喃-2(3H)-酮的反应及后处理操作,缩短了反应时间,简化了后处理程序。与文献相比,反应收率提高了30%多,并且方法简单,步骤少,成本低,在工业上易于实现。
The synthesis of 3-(α-methoxy)methylenebezofuran-2(3H)-ketone was the most important step in the synthesis of azoxystrobin.In this paper,the synthesis of 3-(α-methoxy)methylenebezofuran-2(3H)-ketone from o-hydroxyphenylacetic acid and its post-treatment were studied.The reaction time was shortened and the post-processing procedure was reduced.Compared with the literature,the yield of the reaction was increased by more than 30%,and the method was simple,the steps were few,the cost was low,and it was easy to realize in industry.
