摘要
油基清防蜡剂具有良好的溶解能力和携带能力。本文对有机溶剂、降黏剂和表面活性剂进行筛选和优化实验,复配了一种不含硫和氯的高效、环保的油基清防蜡剂,并对其溶蜡速率和防蜡效果进行了评价。结果表明,当混苯、环己烷和二乙胺的质量比为1∶9∶3、加入的表面活性剂JFC-E为0.5g、降黏剂加量为1%时,清防蜡效果优异。
Oil-based anti-wax agent had good dissolving ability and carrying ability.Organic solvent,viscosity reducer and surfactant were combined to prepare an environmentally friendly oil-base anti-wax agent by screen and optimize experiments.its wax dissolution rate and anti-wax effect was evaluated.The results showed that when the mass ratio of mixed benzene,cyclohexane and diethylamine was 1:9:3,the added surfactant JFC-E was 0.5g,and the viscosity reducing agent was 1%,the wax-preventing effect was excellent.
