摘要
本文利用裸玻碳电极、通过循环伏安法检测水中苯酚浓度。通过不同p H值的酸性和碱性缓冲溶液中苯酚的循环伏安行为研究,获知苯酚在p H=6.5的柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液中,苯酚的峰电流与浓度具有良好的线性关系:ip=0.04009c+1.922,R2=0.968。
Concentration of phenol was determined via the electrochemical behavior of phenol at bare glassy carbon electrode.The cyclic voltammetric behavior of phenol in acidic buffer solutions and alkaline buffer solutions with different pH were measured,which obtained a good linear relationship between peak current and concentration of phenol in citrate and sodium citrate buffer solution with pH=6.5,and the linear equation was ip=0.04009c+1.922 with correlation coefficient R^2=0.968.
