摘要
建立合理的指标体系是指挥信息系统效能评估的关键。从作战效能和系统性能的角度,通过定性分析的指标筛选方法,构建了指挥信息系统海选评估指标体系;运用复相关系数分析的方法剔除同一准则层中复相关系数较大的指标;以相对离散系数作为指标的信息含量,通过累计信息灵敏度分析剔除信息含量偏小的指标;最后,以作战仿真实验数据为基础,从68个海选指标中筛选出的27个指标累计信息灵敏度达到86.601%,反映了初选指标的大部分信息,说明了指标筛选方法的可行性。
The establishment of a reasonable index system is the key to the effectiveness evaluation of C4ISR system.First,through the filtration methods of qualitative analyses,the evaluation index System for C4ISR is established from the perspective of operational effectiveness and system performance.Secondly,by using the method of multiple correlation coefficient analysis,the indexes which multiple correlation coefficient is bigger in the same criterion layer are eliminated.Thirdly,the relative dispersion coefficient is used as the information content of index,the indexes with little information content are eliminated by using the method of cumulative sensitivity of information analysis.Finally,based on the experimental data of operational simulation,the 27 indexes which are selected form the 68 indexes reflect most of the index of information.The cumulative sensitivity of information of the 27 indexes is up to 86.601%which illustrate that the filtration methods of index is available.
