盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并肺部感染的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Pulmonary Infection

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法选择80例老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并肺部感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组患者炎性指标及临床症状改善情况。结果观察组炎性指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胸闷气短、咳嗽咳痰及肺部口罗音恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺炎合并肺部感染患者给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,可降低患者炎性指标,促进患者临床症状好转。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary infection.Methods Eighty patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary infection were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride.The inflammatory index and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The inflammatory index level was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).The recovery time of chest tightness,shortness of breath,cough and cough and lung voice were shorter in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The administration of ambroxol hydrochloride in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary infection can reduce the inflammatory index and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
