摘要
大学生创业法律教育处在探索阶段,还不能满足创业大学生对法律知识的需求。建立"辐射模式"和"聚焦模式"相结合,公共课、选修课为主,双学位或辅修课为辅的四年不断线的教学体系和"分层多元"的课程体系;确立"初阶-中阶-高阶"分层的目标定位;从师资队伍建设、实践实训教学平台、政策激励制度3个方面构建大学生创业教育的保障体系。
College students’entrepreneurial legal education is still in the exploratory stage,and it can not meet the needs of entrepreneurial college students for legal knowledge.Establishing a combination of“radiation mode”and“focus mode”,with public courses and elective courses as the mainstay,it is supplemented by double or minor courses,a four-year continuous teaching system and a“hierarchical diversity”curriculum system;The target orientation of primary-intermediate-high-level stratification;constructing the guarantee system of college students’entrepreneurship education from three aspects:teacher team construction,practical training platform and policy incentive system.
