摘要
以战略管理理论为基础,以内蒙古为例,运用SWOT分析法,分析了"互联网+"背景下,广电网络企业外部的生存发展环境、内部的资源优势和核心竞争力等。指出了企业当前面临的机遇、威胁,具有的优势、劣势,为企业量身定制了如平台建设、收视终端转变、战略合作、多元化经营和服务水平提升等发展战略与实施的备选方案。
Based on the theory of strategic management,under the background of Internet+,we take Inner Mongolia as an example,use the method of SWOT to analyze the external existent environment and internal resources and core competitiveness of Radio and Television Networks Enterprises.Finally,we put forward the Suggestions for the enterprise,such as platform construction,changing TV terminals,strategic cooperation,diversified development strategy and improvement of service levels,etc.
