Study on Entrepreneurship Practice of Independent College Students

目前,创业教育在独立学院开始得到普及,但独立学院大学生开展创业活动的持续性和总体成效不高。高校对大学生开展创业教育还存在师资水平有限、课程设置缺乏系统规划、创业项目缺乏长期指导和深度帮扶的现象。高校应从创业师资力量培养、优化大学生创业实践指导、培养大学生创业综合能力等方面不断完善创业教育和人才培养模式,进而提升独立学院大学生就业创业的成效。

At present,Entrepreneurial education has been popularized in independent colleges,but the sustainability and overall effectiveness of entrepreneurship activities of independent college students are not high.In the process of College entrepreneurship education,there are still some problems,such as the limited level of teachers,the lack of systematic curriculum planning,and the lack of long-term guidance and in-depth assistance to students’entrepreneurship projects.Colleges should constantly improve the mode of entrepreneurship education and personnel training from the aspects of cultivating entrepreneurial teachers,optimizing students’practical guidance and cultivating students’comprehensive entrepreneurial ability,so as to enhance the effectiveness of independent college students’employment and entrepreneurship.
