区域银行与区域科技服务机构合作机制探索——以湖北省科技金融发展为例

The Discussion on the Development of Science and Technology Finance in Hubei Province Being about Exploration of Cooperation Mechanism Between Regional Banks and Regional Science and Technology Service Institutions

区域经济发展方式的转型应将科技创新放在核心位置,应充分发挥市场经济在科技创新过程中的资源配置能力和政府的科技服务功能,使二者的协同体现出科技金融在科技创新中的引擎作用。从探讨区域银行和区域科技服务机构当前发展桎梏入手,认为科技金融是两者发展转型的巨大蓝海,两者的协同合作不仅能实现互利共赢,同时也以能为区域科技创新提供强大的推动力,所以应积极探索两者协同合作的方式和机制。

The transformation of regional economic development mode should set the scientific and technological innovation as the core position,and we should full play to the resource allocation ability of market economy in the process of science and technology innovation and the government’s Science and technology Service function.The synergy of Market economy and Government services are embodied in the engine function of Sci-Tech finance in science and technology innovation.This paper explores the current development shackles of regional banks and regional science and technology service institutions.We think that sci-tech finance will be the great blue sea of market economy and government services’development and transformation,not only to achieve mutual benefit,but also for regional scientific and technological innovation to provide a strong impetus.Therefore,we should actively explore the way and mechanism of building the cooperation between them.
