工程管理实践中工程师伦理责任分析

Analysis of Engineers' Ethical Responsibility in Engineering Practice

工程实践越来越密切地关系到各种伦理问题。从协调工程共同体利益冲突、工程技术研发和应用以及处理工程实践与生态环境关系等角度探讨了工程师在工程管理实践中应承担的伦理责任。研究表明,工程师在工程管理实践中,只有按照伦理章程的规范要求遵循职责义务,才能通过变通、调整践履责任的行为方式不断地探索和总结"正确行动"的手段和途径,进而实现工程共同体之间利益冲突的化解、绿色技术的开发和应用、工程实践与环境保护之间矛盾的解决,推动工程-人-自然-社会的和谐永续发展。

Engineering practice is more and more closely related to various ethical issues.This paper discusses the ethical responsibility of engineers in the practice of engineering management from the perspective of harmonizing the conflict of interests of engineering community,the research and application of engineering technology,and dealing with the relationship between engineering practice and ecological environment.Research shows that engineers,in engineering management practice,could constantly explore and summarize the means and ways of“correct action”by following the duties and obligations according to the code of ethics,and through changing and adjusting the behavior mode of responsibility;realizing the solution of the conflict of interest between engineering community,which could realize the development and application of green technology,solve the contradiction between engineering practice and environmental protection,and finally promote the harmonious ans sustainable development of engineering-man-nature-society.
