摘要 在上海浦东国际机场三期扩建工程T1-S1下穿通道第1阶段施工中,其基坑平面位置已进入飞机滑行道的安全距离以内,留给基坑钻孔灌注桩每天的施工时间仅有6 h。经研究,通过采用汽车钻反循环成孔施工工艺,解决了常规施工工艺成桩时间长、施工机械形体庞大移动不便等难题,顺利完成了深基坑围护桩施工任务,满足了机场运营要求,既加快了工程进度,又节约了工程成本。 During the construction of the first phase of T1-S1 underpass in the phase III expansion project of Shanghai Pudong International Airport,its plane position of the foundation pit has entered the safe distance of the aircraft taxiway,Ieaving only 6 hours of the construction time for the bored pile of foundation pit every day.According to the research,the difficulties such as long pile forming time of conventional construction process and inconvenient movement of large construction machinery were solved by adopting the automobile drilling reverse circulation poreforming process.The construction tasks of deep foundation pit support piles were successfully completed and the airport operation requirements were met accordingly,which not only speeds up the progress of the project,but also saves engineering costs.
