摘要
通过对城市狭窄空间复杂条件下的深基坑快速施工技术、BIM基坑工程信息化施工技术和超深度砂性土层止降水施工技术进行研究,在确保深基坑安全的前提下,实现了质量、安全、成本、进度协调的管控,达到了高效优质施工的目标。
Through study on rapid construction technology of super deep foundation pit,on informational construction technology of foundation pit engineering base on BIM,and on construction technology of precipitation stop by sandy soil layer under the complex conditions of urban narrow space and under the premise of ensuring safety of deep foundation pit,the management control of quality,safety,cost,progress coordination has been realized and the target of construction with high efficiency and high quality has been achieved as well.
