高架桥预制盖梁生产工艺与技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 上海市S3高架桥项目的盖梁预制采用标准化工厂生产线流动作业方式,取得了一定的创新和突破。其中,先将模具优化为整体式,有效减少了模板拼缝,使构件的外表面更加美观;又开发应用了新型模具三向移动系统,实现施工操作的简单快捷,提高了生产效率;还引进了钢筋全自动剪切弯箍机、采用灌浆套筒定位钢板以及严格把控混凝土配合比及浇筑工序。以上技术措施有效地提高了盖梁工程的整体质量。 The prefabrication of the cover beam of the Shanghai S3 elevated highway bridge project adopted the standard factory production line flow operation mode,and achieved certain innovations and breakthroughs.The formwork is optimized into a monolithic one,which can effectively reduce the joint seam and make the outer surface of the component more beautiful.Besides,the development and application of a new formwork with 3D mobile system can realize easier and faster construction operation to improve the production efficiency.Furthermore,a full-automatic steel bar cutting and hoop-bending machine is introduced,and a grouting sleeve positioning plate was used to have a strict control of the concrete composition and pouring process.The technical measures mentioned above effectively improved the overall quality of the cover beam construction.
