摘要 中国散裂中子源是世界第四座、国内首座脉冲式散裂中子源。其主装置射线设备位于地下,年不均匀沉降要求达到丝米级;束流线运行产生瞬发性大剂量辐射,末端轰击靶心会产生中子辐射,对防水防辐射要求极高。为满足此大科学装置的运行功能需要,采取了超大地下结构的微沉降技术,特种重质混凝土的研发施工技术,高精度的多种类预埋件施工技术以及相应的特殊结构(构件)的施工技术。通过精心打造,本项目获得广东省土木工程詹天佑故乡杯,广东省建筑工程"金匠奖"等荣誉。 The China spallation Neutron source is the fourth in the world and the first pulse-type spallation neutron source in China.Its main device ray equipment is located in the underground,requiring the annual uneven settlement to reach the decimillimeter level.The beam streamline operation produces the instantaneous high dose radiation,and the end bombardment Bull’s eye will produce the neutron radiation,with extremely highrequirement of waterproof radiation protection.In order to meet the operation function of this large scientific device,technologies are adopted as follows:the micro-sedimentation technology of super-large underground structure,the research and construction technology of special heavy concrete,the construction technology of many kinds of embedded parts with high precision and the construction technology of the corresponding special structure(component).Through careful construction,the project won the honor of the Guangdong Provincial Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Hometown Cup and the Guangdong Provincial Construction Engineering“Goldsmith Award”,and so on.
