摘要
利用4种化学物质对神东低阶煤进行表面改性,研究4种化学物质对神东低阶煤成浆特性的影响。Zeta电位测量试验证实4种化学物质对神东低阶煤粉颗粒表面进行覆盖,阻碍了神东低阶煤粉颗粒表面的亲水基团与水结合。同时证实4种化学物质对神东低阶煤粉颗粒与水煤浆添加剂的结合也有促进作用。综合试验结果表明,经过表面处理后的神东低阶煤水煤浆的最大成浆浓度符合制浆浓度的要求,并且高于未处理过的神东低阶煤水煤浆。
It used four different chemicals to coat the surface of Shendong coal and investigated the corresponding effects on slurry preparation.The Zeta potential confirms that the hydrophilic groups on the Shendong coal’s surface could not combine with water,as the surfactant separates water from the hydrophilic groups on the coal’s surface.The surfactants play an important role in cut down the functional groups on the surface of coal.The results also demonstrate that the surfactants improve the adsorption of dispersing agents on the surface of Shendong coal.After surface-covering,the maximum possible coal concentration of Shendong CWS is increased.
