感王变电站10 kVⅠ段母线系统接地故障浅析

摘要 通过分析66 kV感王变电站10 kV Ⅰ段母线系统接地故障,对遥测电压异常事件进行跟踪分析与实测,查找电压异常的原因。分析结果其直接原因为零序电压互感器的一次极性反接,造成接地相电压升高为2倍的相电压,非接地相电压不变化。该事件为今后现场人员分析、判断和处理此类接地故障提供一定参考,避免按系统谐振故障处理而造成停电巡检事件的发生。 Through the ground fault analysis of the 10 kV I bus system of 66 kV Ganwang substation,the telemetry voltage abnormal event tracking analysis and actual measurement find out the direct cause of the voltage abnormality.The reverse polarity of the zero sequence voltage transformer which cause the ground phase voltage rising the phase voltage is twice as high and the non-fault phase voltage does not change.This event provides reference for future field personnel to analyze,judge and deal with such grounding faults and avoids the occurrence of power failure inspection according to the system resonance fault treatment.
