摘要
目的探讨微波理疗在乳腺癌术后B超引导下塞丁格技术PICC穿刺置管中提高穿刺成功率并减少置管不良反应的应用效果。方法行PICC置管患者100例采用随机对照原则,分为MST组和MST+微波理疗组,每组50例。MST组正常置管,MST+微波理疗组置管前对待穿刺血管行微波理疗。比较2组患者一次穿刺成功率、患者疼痛程度和满意度、血管痉挛和穿刺部位感染率的发生情况,比较MST+微波理疗组微波理疗前后血管内径大小。结果 MST+微波理疗组微波理疗后血管内径较微波理疗前明显扩张(P <0. 05),一次性穿刺成功率明显高于MST组(P <0. 05)。MST+微波理疗组的血管痉挛发生率以及平均送管时间均明显小于MST组(P <0. 05)。结论乳腺癌术后患者行PICC穿刺部位微波理疗有助于扩张患者血管内径,减轻患者疼痛,提高一次穿刺成功率,减少血管痉挛和穿刺部位感染的发生提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effects of microwave physiotherapy in improving the success rate of puncture and reducing the adverse reaction of the catheter in the PICC puncture catheter after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing PICC puncture catheterization were randomly divided into MST group(n=50)and MST+microwave therapy group(n=50).The patients in MST group were given routine treatment.The patients in MST+microwave therapy group were treated by microwave at the vessels to be punctured before PICC puncture.The one-time success rate,pain degree,satisfaction and the incidence of vasospasm and infection of puncture site of the patients were compared between the two groups.Moreover,the endovascular diameters of the patients in MST+microwave therapy group before and after treatment were compared.Results The vessels of the patients in MST+microwave therapy group were significantly expanded after being treated by microwave(P<0.05).The one-time success rate in MST+microwave therapy group was significantly higher than that in MST group,moreover the incidence of vasospasm and average intubation time in MST+microwave therapy group were significantly less than those in MST group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microwave therapy at PICC puncture site after breast cancer surgery is helpful to to expand the endovascular diameter,alleviate patient’s pain,improve the one-time success rate and satisfaction degree of patients,and decrease the incidence of vasospasm and infection in puncture site.
