肝脏增强CT与肝脏MRI在诊断肝癌准确率方面的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Accuracy of Liver Enhanced CT and Liver MRI in the Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的比较分析增强CT与MRI对肝癌的诊断准确率及诊断效能情况。方法以经术后组织病理检查确诊的110例肝癌患者为研究对象,入组患者均分别进行了16排增强CT检查和联影1. 5TMRI检查,比较两组病灶检出情况及诊断准确率。结果 MRI在肝外病灶检出方面与CT基本相当,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); MRI检出肝内病灶为(2. 9±0. 6)个,高于CT检出肝内病灶的(2. 3±0. 6)个,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。MRI准确度为95. 45%,高于增强CT的准确度的71. 82%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论增强CT和MRI在肝癌诊断中均有广泛的应用,在诊断准确性方面MRI更具优势,尤其是直径在3 cm以下的病灶确诊率优势更加明显,可进行临床推广。

Objective To compare and analyze the diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic efficiency of contrast-enhanced CT and MRI for liver cancer.Methods 110 patients with liver cancer diagnosed by postoperative histopathological examination were enrolled in this study.All patients were enrolled in the 16-slice enhanced CT examination and the simultaneous imaging 1.5 TMRI examination to compare the lesion detection and diagnostic accuracy between the 2 groups.Results The detection of extrahepatic lesions by MRI was similar to that of CT,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).MRI detected 2.9±0.6 intrahepatic lesions,which was higher than that detected by CT on intrahepatic lesions(2.3±0.6),the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy of MRI was 95.45%,which was higher than the accuracy of enhanced CT by 71.82%.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enhanced CT and MRI are widely used in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.MRI has more advantages in terms of diagnostic accuracy.In particular,the diagnostic accuracy of lesions with a diameter of less than 3 cm is more obvious and can be clinically promoted.
