新型叉车门架起升机构追求的设计目标是绿色环保,该门架起升机构将传统的液压举升改为卷扬机缠绕钢丝绳举升。起升机构举升方式的改变也就伴随着新的问题的出现,起升机构不具有自锁性能;系统突发性断电,电控制动器失控;钢丝绳疲劳断裂等,均有可能造成不可预测的事故。为避免事故发生,在叉车起升机构增设保护装置,目的是将可能出现的安全隐患进行监控或者彻底清除。

The design target for new forklift gantry lifting mechanism is green and environmental.The gantry hoisting mechanism transforms the traditional hydraulic lifting mechanism into winch winding wire rope lifting.The lifting style of lifting mechanism is changed,while it appears new problems,for example,the lifting mechanism does not have self-locking performance;the system is outrage suddenly;the electric brake is out of control;and wire rope is breakage because of fatigue,which are likely to cause unpredictable accident.In order to avoid accidents,the forklift lifting mechanism is added with protection devices,and the purpose is to monitor or completely remove the potential security.
