摘要
轻骨料的多孔性、较低的弹性模量和较低的筒压强度,导致轻骨料混凝土存在多重损伤,损伤机理不同于普通混凝土。基于声发射参数分析的方法,对全轻页岩陶粒钢筋混凝土(Reinforced all-lightweight shale ceramisite concrete,简称为RALWSCC)梁的损伤规律开展了分析研究,从声发射参数角度解释了全轻混凝土的损伤机理。具体地,通过对RALWSCC梁进行四点弯曲声发射试验,分析了能量、振铃计数随声发射信号到达时间的变化规律;基于损伤力学和声发射速率过程理论,通过拟合得到试验梁的声发射活性函数,分析了在不同加载阶段速率参数m的变化规律,提出了基于参数m对RALWSCC梁进行损伤预警的方法。
Properties of Lightweight aggregate of porosity,smaller elastic modulus and low cylinder compression strength,which lead to multiple damage and damage mechanism different from ordinary concrete.In view of this,the paper analyzed and studied the damage law of the refinorced all-lightweight shale ceramisite concrete beam based on the acoustic emission parameters,explains the damage mechanism of the ALWSCC.In this paper,through the four-point bend acoustic emission experiments of steel refinorced all-lightweight shale ceramisite concrete beams and based on the parameter analysis method,this paper analyzes the energy,and ringing,Obtained a fitting tacoustic emission activity function based on damage mechanics and acoustic emission rate process theory,the changing rule of the parameter m for the different stages of loading rate analyzed,the damage early warning method according to the rate parameter m of RALWSCC beams are presented.
