摘要
探究了活性矿物掺料单掺或者复掺以及在高效减水剂共同作用下,在水泥和混凝土中的减水和增塑效应,试验结果表明:在减水剂掺量一定的条件下,在水泥浆体中的减水率为复掺硅灰与粉煤灰>单掺硅灰>单掺粉煤灰>未掺矿物掺料;在混凝土中的增塑效应为单掺硅灰>单掺粉煤灰>单掺矿渣,而复掺矿物掺料的增塑效果优于单掺矿物掺料,但复掺矿物掺料必须以硅灰为基础,否则增塑效果不明显。
This paper investigated the water-reducing and plasticizing effect of mineral admixture with superplasticizer in cement and concrete.Experimental results show that water-reducing rate in cement paste is silica fume and fly ash>silica fume>fly ash>blank group.The plasticizing effect in concrete is silica fume>fly ash>slag,and the plasticizing effect of composite addition of mineral admixture is better than single addition of mineral admixture.But the addition of mineral admixture must be based on silica fume,otherwise the plasticizing effect is not obvious.
