摘要 通过对CAN总线控制技术、显示屏人机交互界面的研究,结合环卫机械的智能化控制需求,以洗扫车模块化控制系统为重点研究对象,综合考虑洗扫车的各类型底盘、副发动机、扫盘结构,设计出通用化的电气原理,模块化的电控箱、箱内线束、应用软件,标准化的控制通信协议,主要动作的一键式智能化自动操作控制,形成真正意义上的洗扫车模块化智能控制系统。所设计的环卫车CAN总线控制系统具有可靠性高、实时性强、灵活方便,便于检修维护等特点,同时为智慧环卫管理系统采集环卫车控制系统的全部信息奠定软硬件基础,为远程升级、维护、更新控制系统软件提供全新平台,可显著提高环卫机械控制技术的智能化、信息化水平,具有较好的推广应用价值。 Through the research on CAN bus control technology and human-computer interaction interface of display screen,combined with the intelligent control requirements of sanitation machinery,the modular control system of cleaning sweeper is the key research object.Considering all types of chassis,sub-engine and sweeping structure of the cleaning sweeper,the generalized electrical principle,modular electric control box,wiring harness inside the box,application software and standardized control communication protocol are designed.The one-button intelligent automatic operation control of the main action,forms a truly modular intelligent control system of cleaning sweeper.The designed sanitation car CAN bus control system has the characteristics of high reliability,real-time performance,flexibility and convenience,easy maintenance,and lays a foundation for hardware and software for the intelligent sanitation management system to collect all the information of the sanitation vehicle control system.It provides a new platform for remote upgrade,maintenance and update control system software,which can significantly improve the intelligent and informational level of sanitation mechanical control technology,and has very good promotion and application value.
