用光镊捕获家禽的血红细胞实验

摘要 通过制备新鲜鸡血红细胞样本悬液,利用图像法测量了鸡血红细胞的截面大小,并通过光镊实现了单个和多个鸡血红细胞的三维稳定捕获,从而验证了光镊技术在除人体外的其他生物中的可行性,进一步拓展了在生物领域的捕获和操纵范围. Sample suspension of fresh chicken blood was prepared.The section size of the chicken red blood cell was measured by using the imaging method.The stable capture of single and multiple cells was testified by using optical tweezers.The experiment proved the feasibility of optical tweezer technology in organisms other than human body,which expanded the scope of capture and manipulation in biological field and had a very wide application prospect and significance of providing a new and effective treatment for diseases related to the poultry represented by the chicken.
