摘要
分析了反渗透系统给水与浓水管路中管路与壳联两种结构的优劣.运用具有模拟计算壳联结构管路压力损失功能的反渗透系统运行模拟软件,获得了不同规模及结构系统中的最小膜壳侧口规格,给出了不同规模及结构系统的最佳给水与浓水径流方向,同时也证实膜壳侧口规格的上限约束了壳联结构的系统规模.
Based on the simulating software of Reverse Osmosis(RO)system with the function of simulating pipeline pressure down of shell direct connection system,this article has analyzed the pros and cons of RO system between pipeline connection and shell direct connection,described the min side port norm and the optimal runoff pattern of feed and concentration in RO system with different structure,proved that the maximum side port norm restricts the structure in RO system with shell direct connection.
