摘要
为降低注聚井的黏损,解决注聚井回注困难等问题,按照油田开发的要求,应对注聚井及注聚管线定期进行冲洗,由此产生大量的洗井和管道冲洗返排废液。由于聚合物废液的黏度高,组分十分复杂,传统的沉降及过滤工艺无法完成对其处理,为此,开展了以"特种微生物强化处理技术+高气压等离子体催化氧化技术"为主体工艺的含聚废液处理试验,通过调整处理量和运行参数,探索此项工艺对含聚废液的适应性。试验过程中预处理站系统运行稳定,其最大处理能力达480 m^3/d,处理后含聚污水含油量及悬浮物均稳定达标,出水达到"50.50"指标要求,聚合物去除率为40%左右,吨水运行维护成本为2.59元,出水水质优于预期指标,此项工艺具有较强的抗冲击能力并适用于含聚废液处理。
In order to reduce the viscosity loss of injecting-polymer wells and solve problems like reinjection difficulty,injecting-polymer wells and pipelines should be washed regularly according to the development requires of the oilfield.This would bring about a good deal of well-washing and pipelinewashing flowback waste liquid.As to the high viscosity and complex components of polymer-containing waste liquid,traditional settling and filtration processes cannot deal effectively with them.Therefore,the polymer-containing waste liquid treatment test with the main process of special microorganism hardening technology and high-pressure plasma catalysis and oxidation technology is conducted.Through adjusting treatment amount and operation parameters,the adaptability for polymer-containing waste liquid of the process is explored.During the test,the system runs steadily,with a maximum treatment capacity of 480 m3 per day.After treatment,the oil content and suspended solids in polymercontaining liquid are stable and reach the“50.50”standard.The removal rate of the polymer-containing concentration system is about 40%,the operation and maintenance cost of one-ton water is 2.59 yuan.The effluent quality is better than expected figures.The process has strong impact resistance and is suitable for the treatment of polymer-containing waste liquid.
