摘要
针对三元复合驱采出水处理,目前油田仍使用以沉降罐分离和过滤罐过滤为主的处理流程,但随着三元复合驱规模的扩大,采出水中成分趋于复杂,造成原水中悬浮固体增加,水中含油量去除困难,沉降分离效果逐渐变差。根据三元采出水的特点,分析了三元采出水沉降分离的影响因素,提出了提高采出水沉降分离效果措施,即沉降罐增加气浮选功能,可提高杂质去除效率;增设斜板缩短沉降距离,提高油珠分离效果;采用序批式沉降,提高油珠聚并能力。理论分析与现场试验均验证了措施的有效性与可行性。
For ASP flooding produced water treatment,oilfields now still take sedimentation tank separation and filtering tank filtration as the main treatment processes.However,with the scale enlargement of ASP flooding,the components of produced water become complicated day by day,which increases the suspended solids in the raw water,makes the removal of oil in the water difficult and the settling separation effect poor.According to the characteristics of the ASP flooding produced water,the influencing factors of ASP flooding produced water settlement and separation,and measures to improve the settlement and separation effect of produced water are proposed,namely,adding air flotation function to settlement tanks to increase impurity removal rate,install the cantboard to cut down settlement distance and improve the separation effect of oil droplets,and adopting sequencing batch settlement to improve the coalescence ability of oil droplets.Theoretical analysis and field practice both have verified the effectiveness and feasibility of these measures.
