摘要
某钢铁厂转炉煤气柜自投用以来多次出现一氧化碳气体泄漏超标事件。对泄漏历史数据和现场检查结果进行了分析,结果认为橡胶外膜破损是造成煤气泄漏的原因,而橡胶外膜破损则是其在T挡板着陆时被卷夹碾轧的后果。对橡胶外膜为何容易被卷夹碾轧进行了讨论,认定煤气柜运行操作缺失了一个对橡胶外膜进行充分伸展的关键步骤。最后给出了相关的运行维护建议。
Accidental leakage of carbon monoxide gas repeatedly occurred in a LD gasholder in some steel plant since its commissioning.Records of the leakages and reports of site inspection results are analyzed in the paper,showing that damage of the outer rubber seal had been the cause of the leakage,while the damage was caused by rolling entrainment when the T fender landing in the support.The reason of the outer rubber seal tending to be rolled is discussed and it is concluded that there lacked an essential step of fully stretching the rubber external membrane.Finally,some suggestion on operation and maintenance of the gasholder are given.
