摘要
介绍了某钢铁企业副产煤气资源利用现状,通过煤气管网改造、煤气分质供应、燃气轮机零值班燃料改造、高炉煤气干法除尘改造、高炉供风系统一拖二改造、大型燃机煤气回流技术等一系列煤气利用技术的研究和改造,提高了副产煤气资源综合利用水平。
The paper introduces the current state of gas utilization in a steelmaking enterprise.Through a series of technical research and transformation,including reconstruction of gas pipe network,graded supply of gas,unattended gas turbine operation,dry dedusting of blast furnace gas,one-drag-two blast air supply and gas flow-back technology for large gas turbine,the level of comprehensive utilization of by-product gas was improved.
