摘要
宣钢2#高炉由于煤气含尘升高的原因造成热风炉格子砖渣化,吃煤气能力下降,风温得不到保证,依靠强制提压等措施攻风温,造成煤气消耗严重,分析了煤气消耗大的原因。通过增加预热器、热风炉自动燃烧、助燃风机改造等实现了高炉稳定顺行,节能降耗。
Increasing dust content in gas at Xuanhua Steel’s No.2 blast furnace has led to slagging of hot stove checker brick,reducing the gas taking-in capacity and causing unreliable blast temperature,so measures such as forced pressure-increasing had to been taken to ensure the blast temperature,which increased gas consumption.The reason for excessive gas consumption was analyzed.Through adding a preheater and transformation of automatic combustion of the hot stove and combustion fan,stable operation of the blast furnace has been achieved and energy consumption reduced.
