延长反渗透保安过滤器滤芯运行时间的研究

A Study on Prolonging the Service Life of Reverse Osmosis Security Filter Element

污水深度处理系统中反渗透保安过滤器滤芯运行时间不稳定,更换频繁、运行成本高。根据化验数据和现场感官,得出滤芯污染的主要原因,并且针对性的采用措施,滤芯使用寿命延长至1000 h以上,考虑到安全运行,最终确定滤芯运行时间达到800 h即可更换,不得超过900 h。

The reverse osmosis security filter element in the sewage deep treatment system had unstable operating life period and had to be frequently replaced with high operating cost.Based on analysis data and field observation the main cause of the filter pollution was determined and specific countermeasure was taken,which prolonged the service life of the filter element to more than 1000 h.Considering operation safety,it was finally determined that the filter element should be replaced after serving 800 h but before 900 h.
