摘要
酒钢连铸连轧浊环水系统主要为连铸机提供二次冷却水及铸机、轧机直接冷却用水,随着生产产量的增加和品种钢的开发,连铸连轧浊环水特别是二冷水水质不能满足生产工艺对水质的要求,常常因水质堵塞锥形滤网和喷头,从而影响产品产量和质量。通过对水处理工艺及水处理技术方案的优化改造,有效的改善了浊环水特别是二次冷却水的水质,保障了连铸机的正常生产,同时减少了废水排放量,取得了较好的经济效益和环境效益。
The turbid circulating water system of Jiugang’s continuous casters mainly provides secondary cooling water for the caster and direct cooling water for both the caster and rolling mill.With increasing production and growing variety of products,the quality of the turbid circulating water,especially the secondary cooling water,could no longer satisfying the demand of the production process,and the taper filter net and spray nozzle were often blocked due to poor water quality,seriously affecting the output and quality of products.Through optimizing transformation of the water treatment process and water treatment technique,the quality of the turbid circulating water,particularly the secondary cooling water,was effectively improved,which has ensured the normal production of the caster,reduced wastewater discharge and achieved good economic and environmental effect.
