宽厚板加速冷却(ACC)系统水质改善的研究

摘要 近年来,某公司宽厚板ACC产线频繁发生冷却设备堵塞的异常情况,每次定修后该现象尤为严重。因此,为配合主体的生产要求,在循环水单元开展了调研和分析工作,并提出了相应的改善措施,彻底避免了堵塞现象的发生,改善了ACC系统的水质情况,确保了主体生产的安全稳定运行。 In recent years,the ACC system of a wide-heavy plate production line in a steel company frequently suffered abnormal blocking of the cooling equipment,which became even more severe after each periodical maintenance operation.Therefore,to meet the demand of main production,the company carried out investigation and analysis of the circulating water system and put forward corresponding improvement measures,which has completely prevented equipment blocking,improved the water quality of the ACC system and ensured safe and stable operation of the main production.
