摘要
高炉冷却壁水温差及热流强度的监测对高炉安全生产及高炉长寿化有重要的指导意义。某钢厂高炉冷却壁水温差及热流强度高精度监测系统以高炉冷却壁的冷却水温度、流量、流速等实时参数为基础,通过专业数学模型和应用软件,实现高炉冷却壁的水温差、热流强度及其变化趋势的实时监测,并对炉墙结瘤、冷却壁热面温度超限、冷却壁裸露等异常情况进行在线诊断和预警。
Monitoring of the temperature difference and heat flux intensity of blast furnace cooling wall is important for the safe production and longevity of blast furnace.Based on the realtime parameters of cooling water temperature,flowrate and flow velocity of cooling water,the high-accuracy monitoring system for the water temperature difference and heat flux intensity of blast furnace cooling wall at a steel plant achieved realtime monitoring of the water temperature difference,heat flux intensity and involving trend of the cooling wall through special mathematical model and application software,as well as online diagnosis and early warning for abnormal conditions such as furnace wall accretion,excessive temperature on the hot face of the cooling wall and bare cooling wall.
