我国医科大学学报和一般综合性医学期刊的主要评价指标比较

Comparison of the major assessment indexes for domestic medical university journals and general medical journals

目的:比较医科大学学报和一般综合性医学期刊的主要评价指标。方法:采用箱线图比较医科大学学报、一般综合性医学期刊(区域性、全国性)的主要评价指标。结果:医科大学学报和一般综合性医学期刊的来源文献量、地区分布数、机构分布数以及总被引频次指标保持相对稳定且整体间差异与期刊的定位覆盖面基本一致。医科大学学报影响因子不断提升,一般综合性医学期刊影响因子先上升后下降。其红点指标均值相当,但均未超过0.5。结论:医科大学学报论文的覆盖范围较小,在保证稿源质量的情况下,适当缩短出版周期或将论文及时在网络平台中更新。一般综合性医学期刊相对影响力较小,可用专题的方式进行组稿约稿,重点关注热点、新兴及前沿研究,突出期刊特色。

Objective To compare the major assessment indexes for domestic medical university journals and general medical journals.Methods The major assessment indexes for domestic medical university journals and ge neral medical journals were compared with the box-line diagram.Results The number of source literature,regional distributions,institutional distributions and total citation frequencies of domestic medical university journals and general medical journals remained relatively stable with a basic consistency detected in.the total difference and position coverage between the two kinds of journals.The IF of medical university journals increased continuously while that of general medical journals increased at first and then decreased.Their red-point indexes were similar and did not exceed 0.5.Conclusion The number of papers published in medical university journals is relatively small,their publication cycle should thus be shortened and updated in the network platform when the academic level of manuscripts is ensured.The influencing power of general medical journals is relatively weak,papers on a given topic should thus be invited or solicited with stress laid on the hot spots,emerging and frontier studies,thus highlighting their characteristics.
