摘要
生长素极性运输几乎参与植物生长发育的每一个阶段,生长素在时间和空间上的动态分布主要依赖于生长素极性输出载体PIN-FORMED(PIN)蛋白的极性定位和输出活性.着重从磷酸化调控、极性锚定、胞内运输等方面介绍最近5年有关PIN蛋白极性定位领域中所取得的最新进展.归纳总结PIN蛋白极性定位和输出活性的分子调控机制,为进一步剖析PIN介导的生长素极性运输机制提供新的见解和思路.
Polar auxin transport(PAT)had been involved in almost all stages of plant growth and development.The temporal and spatial dynamic distribution of auxin largely depended on subcellular polar localization and efflux activity of auxin efflux transporters,PIN-FORMED(PIN).It was reviewed the new progress in regulation mechanisms of PIN polar localization in recent five years from the aspects of phosphorylation regulation,polar anchoring and intracellular transport.It was generalized and summarized the molecular mechanism of PIN polarity localization and efflux activity,which would provide new insights and ideas for further analysis of PIN-mediated auxin polar transport.
