突发性聋患者自我管理状况评估量表的编制及信度和效度检验

The Preparation,Reliability and Validity Test of Self-management Status Assessment Scale for Sudden Deafness Patient

目的编制能够客观评价突发性聋患者自我管理状况的量表。方法以自我效能理论为指导,通过回顾相关文献、半结构化访谈、专家咨询等方法,形成预试量表;选取213例突聋患者进行调查,对预试量表进行信度和效度评价;2周后,再从中选取30例突聋患者进行复测信度评价,最后形成正式量表。结果最终编制完成的评估量表含37个条目,包括:日常生活管理、症状管理、信息管理、情绪管理、自我效能5个维度;5个公因子的累积方差贡献率为62.843%,量表内容效度为0.92,总量表的Cronbach’α系数为0.876,重测信度系数为0.911,评定者信度值为0.832～0.921。结论本研究编制出了突聋患者自我管理状况评估量表,该量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评价突聋患者自我管理状况的工具。

Objective To develop a scale to measure self-management status of sudden deafness patients.Methods Based on the self-efficacy theory,the pre-test scale was formed by reviewing the relevant literature,semi-structured interview and expert consultation.213 cases of sudden deafness were investigated to evaluate the reliability and validity of the pretest scale,2 weeks later,30 of these cases were selected to reassess the reliability of the test and a formal scale was developed.Results The final version of the scale included 37 items which was categorized into 5 variances self-efficacy,daily life management,symptom management,information management and emotion management.The cumulative contribution of variance was 62.843%,the content validity index 0.92,the Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.876,the retest reliability coefficient 0.911,and the value of the evaluation 0.832~0.921.Conclusion The self-management scale was proved to be reliable and valid,which can be applied to evaluate the self-management status of sudden deafness patients.
