摘要
针对传统柴驱连续油管设备在油田现场作业过程中存在的系统稳定性差、作业成本高、效率低、环境污染等问题,通过对电驱连续油管装备系统供电模式、整机轻量化及结构形式优化、电驱注入头技术、电驱油管滚筒技术、集成控制技术等方面的研究,逐步形成了具有自主知识产权的电驱连续油管作业装备核心技术,促进了我国常规连续油管作业装备向自动化、智能化、高效安全、节能环保方向发展,对我国石油钻采设备油气开发的动力系统逐步从石化能源向电能过渡具有积极的推动作用。
In view of the problems of poor system stability,high operating cost,low work efficiency and environmental pollution in the operation of conventional diesel motor driven coiled tubing equipment,the power supply mode,lightweight whole machine,optimization structural form,injection head motor-driven technology,tubing drum motor-driven technology and integrated control technology of the motor-driven coiled tubing equipment system were investigated.Through the systematic research,the core technology of motor-driven coiled tubing operation equipment with independent intellectual property rights has been formed,which promotes the development of conventional coiled tubing operation equipment in China towards automation,intelligence,high efficiency,safety,energy conservation and environmental protection.At the same time,it has promoted the transition of the power system of China’s oil drilling equipment from petrochemical energy to electric energy.
