液压摆式剪板机控制回路故障分析与排除 被引量:1

摘要 在X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×22 mm钢管试制过程中,出现了剪板机因剪切力不足导致剪切质量降低,甚至切不断板料的问题。为了解决这一问题,首先分析了故障产生的原因,通过液压原理简化法,将剪板机液压控制系统由复杂的插装阀原理图简化为普通阀的原理图,并发现平衡压力调节不当是造成剪切力不足的主要原因,其后针对故障产生原因,提出了解决方案,为剪切力的正确调节提供了依据。 In order to solve the problem that the shearing force of the shearing machine is insufficient,the shear quality is reduced,and the sheet is not completely cut off during the trial-production process of the X80 gradeΦ1 219 mm×22 mm steel pipe of the Bohai Equipment Yangzhou Steel Pipe Company.At the same time,the cause of the fault is analyzed,and the hydraulic principle of the shearing machine is simplified from the complex schematic of cartridge valve to the ordinary valve.It is found that the improper adjustment of the balance pressure is the main cause of insufficient shearing force.Then,according to the cause of the fault,a solution was proposed to provide a basis for the correct adjustment of the shear force.
