防腐生产线抛丸工艺对钢管外表面粗糙度的影响

摘要 为了研究抛丸工艺对钢管外表面粗糙度的影响,探究了粗糙度表征值Rz、 RPC以及磨料磨损程度、抛头电流和钢管在抛丸段前进速度等工艺参数对钢管表面粗糙度的影响。试验结果表明,随着磨料磨损程度的加大, Rz值急剧下降,而RPC值受其影响较小;抛头电流I对RPC和Rz的影响较为明显;随着钢管在抛丸段前进速度v的逐渐加快,粗糙度表征值Rz、 RPC都呈现下降趋势,但二者所受影响程度有一定区别。分别对工艺参数进行不同调整(当I和v一定时可适当增大磨料工作时间t;当v和t一定时可适当增大I;当t和I一定时可适当增大v),可控制Rz值处于合理范围,同时得到较高的RPC值,从而得到理想的表面处理结果。 In order to study the influence of shot blasting process on the outer surface roughness of steel pipe,the effects of roughness parameters Rz,RPC and the degree of abrasive wear,the current of polished head and forward speed of steel pipe in shot blasting process on the surface roughness of steel pipe were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the abrasive wear degree,the Rz value decreases sharply,while the RPC value changes less.The polishing head current I has a significant effect on Rz and RPC.As the forward speed V of the steel pipe in shot blasting stage,the Rz and RPC values of the roughness show a downward trend,but the degree of influence of the two values Rz and RPC is different.Different adjustments are made to the process parameters(when I and V constant the abrasive working time t can be appropriately increased,when V and tare constant the I can be appropriately increased or when t and I are constant the V can be appropriately increased),the Rz value is can be controlled in a reasonable range and a higher RPC value is obtained,resulting in an ideal surface treatment result.
