摘要
通过对硬质合金材料的立式钎焊工艺研究,确定影响焊接强度质量的相关因素,采用正交试验设计的方式进行分析,最终找出一种适用于印制电路板用硬质合金铣刀的立式钎焊工艺及焊接参数,可有效提升立式钎焊工艺的抗折良率。
Through the study of the vertical brazing technology of cemented carbide materials,the relevant factors affecting the quality of the welding strength are determined by analyzing with the method of test design to finally find out the vertical brazing technology and welding parameters of carbide milling cutter used for PCB industry,which can effectively improve the bending resistance rate of the vertical brazing process.
