Post practice is an important practical link for higher vocational colleges to effectively improve their theoretical and practical ability and comprehensive skills.Hunan Industry Polytechnic actively adheres to the running characteristics of"integration of production and education"and implements the talent training mode with the characteristic of"2.5+0.5".Thus,after exploration,the operation and management standard of Hunan institutes of technology has been formed in HIP and a beneficial exploration of the specific management mode for higher vocational colleges is on the way.
