Discussion on the Application of General Contracting Mode for Civil Building

通过类比FIDIC合同条件,分析工程总承包模式的适用条件,探讨民用建筑盲目使用工程总承包模式引发的问题,提出民用建筑采用工程总承包模式的合理方式及实施工程总承包的注意事项。

Comparing to conditions of FIDIC contract,this paper analyzes the applicable conditions of general contracting mode,discusses the problems brought by the blind application of general contracting mode for civil building,and puts forward the suitable way to adopt the general contracting mode for civil buildings and the matters needing attention in carrying out the general contracting.
