摘要
近年来海外工程人员人身安全事故频发,造成严重损失。从政治、经济、自然环境以及社会、文化等方面,识别海外工程人员人身安全面临的风险,并从国家、企业、个人三个层面提出海外工程人员安全风险防范措施,以期为我国海外工程人员进行人身安全防范提供参考。
In recent years,personal safety accidents happened frequently in overseas engineering professionals,which have already caused serious losses.The paper identifies the risk factors from the politics,economic and natural environment as well as society,culture and other aspects,then give proposals of personal safety risk prevention from the state,enterprises and individuals’perfectives,in order to provide personal safety guidance to overseas engineering professionals.
