This paper firstly analyzes the cost framework,cost coding,project attributes and project values,cost report template and rules of building area calculation of International Construction Project Measurement Standards:Global Consistency in Presenting Construction Costs.Secondly,studies the applicability and problems for its application in China,moreover,puts forward the corresponding solutions.
