摘要 从类似项目历史数据、智慧建造核心能力、智慧建造配套能力及保障措施四个方面分析工程项目承包商的智慧建造能力。然后构建智慧建造能力评价指标,并将指标体系设置为技术应用现状、智慧施工方案、施工区智能化、企业后勤保障四个层面,期望能够评价工程项目承包商智慧建造应用情况。 This paper analyzes the intelligent construction capacity of project contractor from four aspects of historical data from similar projects,intelligent building core capabilities,intelligent construction supporting capabilities and safeguard measures.Then,constructs the evaluation index of the intelligent construction ability,and sets the index system into four aspects,including technology application status,intelligent construction program,the intellectualization of construction area,enterprise logistics support,in order to evaluate the intelligent construction application of project contractor.
