摘要
在食品网购交易迅速发展的同时,人们开始逐渐关注网购食品的质量安全问题。从供应链视角可将网购食品供应链划分为5个环节,将发生在供应链各环节的网购食品质量安全问题划分为14类,对2009—2017年发生的387个网购食品质量安全问题事件建立SC-RC判别与定位矩阵,并利用Borda序值法改进的风险矩阵法对关键控制点的重要性进行排序,定位网购食品质量安全的6个关键控制点,据此应采取规范措施,以有效保证网购食品的质量安全。
With the rapid development of online shopping,people began to pay more attention to the quality and safety of online shopping.From the perspective of supply chain,this paper divides the supply chain of online shopping into 5 links,and divides the quality and safety problems of online shopping into 14 categories,which occur in each link of the supply chain.The SC-RC discriminant and location matrix are established for the 387 events of online shopping in 2009-2017 years,and the importance of the key control points is sorted by the risk matrix method improved by the Borda order value method,precise and orderly positioning of the 6 key control points of online shopping food quality and safety.Accordingly,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to effectively control the quality and safety of online shopping food.
