年轻人群对牙列中线偏移的审美评价及影响因素

摘要 目的了解年轻人群对牙列中线偏移的接受程度及其审美评价的相关因素,为口腔正畸临床工作提供参考。方法选择6例不同性别、面形的年轻受检者,对其面部照片进行移动中线的数字处理。采用问卷调查的方式,由没有口腔医学背景的年轻人评价其接受阈值和美观分数,进行统计分析。结果回收有效问卷108份。受检者中线偏移接受阈值为(2.40±1.37) mm。不同中线偏移方向(向左、向右)受检者所获接受阈值和美观分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。女性受检者的美观分数及接受阈值均低于男性(P <0. 05)。女性评价者对男性受检者评分较男性评价者高(P <0. 05)。在男性中,尖圆形面形的审美评价受中线偏移影响最大(P <0. 05);在女性中,方圆形面形受中线偏移影响最小(P <0. 05)。结论临床医生在处理牙列中线偏移时应考虑性别和面形因素。 To understand the acceptance level of young people for dentition midline deviation and their esthetic perception and influencing factors in order to provide a reference for clinical work on orthodontics.We selected six subjects with different gender and different face types.The face images were treated with digital processing of moving midline.By using questionnaires,the threshold for acceptability and aesthetic score were evaluated by young people with no dental training and statistical analysis was carried out.We collected 108 valid questionnaires.The mean value for deviation threshold was 2.40±1.37 mm.There was statistically significant difference in threshold for acceptability and aesthetic score for different midline offset directions(left or right)among the subjects(P<0.05).The threshold for acceptability and aesthetic score of female subjects were lower than those of male subjects(P<0.05).Female evaluators were significantly more tolerant of midline deviations in male subjects than male evaluators(P<0.05).In male subjects,aesthetic score of tapered face type was much influenced while female square face type was least influenced by midline deviation(P<0.05).In order to achieve the balance between cost and benefit,patients gender and face type should be taken into consideration in the orthodontic treatment of midline deviation.
