文化资本视角下民族青年传统技艺的积累和转化——旅游发展中个体的社会实践

ACCUMULATION AND TRANSFORMATION OF NATIONAL YOUTH'S TRADITIONAL SKILLS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF CULTURAL CAPITAL:An Individual Social Practice in Tourism Development

民族旅游目的地发展过程中,当地青年拥有的传统技艺不仅是旅游发展的核心资源,也是其职业发展依赖的重要文化资本。通过对贵州西江千户苗寨银匠哥的成长经历以及生活工作环境的调研,发现民族旅游发展导致了传统技艺场域的诞生。在这个特殊场域中,银匠哥通过音乐舞蹈技艺的再积累和银饰锻制技艺的新累积,形成了自己的文化能力,获得了不断向外拓展空间的机会,并将其转化为了一定的经济资本和社会资本,使自己在社会资源重新分配中获得了较多资源,提高了个人的社会声望,提升了自己在社会秩序中的位置。

In the development process of ethnic tourism destinations,local youth’s traditional skills are not only the core resources for tourism development,but also an important cultural capital for their professional development.Through the investigation of silversmith’s living experience and working environment in Qianhu Miao villages in Xijiang,Guizhou province,it is found that the development of ethnic tourism has led to the birth of traditional skill field.In this special field,the silversmith,through the re-accumulation of music and dance skills and the new accumulation of silverware forging skills,has developed his own cultural ability and obtained the opportunity to continuously expand their living space,and has converted the traditional skills into certain economic and social capital,giving himself more resources in the reallocation of social resources.It has enhanced his social prestige and elevated his position in social order.
