摘要
随着星载激光高度计激光发散角和接收视场越来越小,对收发匹配的要求也越来越高,必须开展星载激光高度计收发匹配的仿真设计。文章对星载激光高度计光机系统的主要组成进行了介绍,分析了影响收发匹配的因素。针对激光器仿真技术不完善的问题,提出了基于激光器环境试验的星载激光高度计收发匹配仿真设计方法。该方法成功应用于"资源三号"02星激光高度计的设计中,卫星飞行所带来的收发不匹配约为47μrad,激光的指向变化和抖动小于40μrad,力学环境引起的失调小于35μrad,热环境引起的失调小于45μrad,光学装调精度优于20μrad,最终确定接收视场为500μrad。"资源三号"02星激光高度计目前已经在轨工作超过2年,有效验证了激光高度计收发匹配设计的有效性,对后续星载激光高度计收发匹配设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
With the rapid decrease of the laser transmitter divergence and the receiver field of view,the requirements in boresight alignment of spaceborne laser altimeter are becoming extremely rigorous,thus requiring the integrated simulation in design necessarily.At first,the subassemblies in the optomechanical system of spaceborne laser altimeter are introduced,and the factors having influence on boresight alignment are analyzed.The thermal-structural-optical integrated analysis method and procedure for boresight alignment are proposed in order to improve the present simulation methods in altimeter.The proposed method has been applied in the design of ZY-3(02)satellite laser altimeter,and some important parameters are as followed:the error in boresight alignment from the satellite movement is about 47μrad;the boresight stability and pointing jitter is less 40μrad;the angular shifts caused by mechanical and thermal environment are about 35μrad and 45μrad separately;the alignment deviation error is about 20μrad,and the receiver field of view is about 500μrad.ZY3-02 satellite has operated on orbit for more than one year,which shows the validity of the design in boresight alignment and can be a reference for the subsequent missions.
