Family and school cooperation: reality and ideality in student physical health promotion

摘要 以《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》要求为导向,以参加教育部体卫艺司组织的《国家学生体质健康标准》测试抽查复核工作为依托,结合问卷调查与专题访谈,审视学生体质健康促进场域中的家校合作,认为家校合作在促进学生体质健康方面存在处境的边缘化、实施的被动化、参与的消极化、主体的缺失化等实然现状。在剖析原因的基础上提出制定家校合作的配套政策、树立家校合作的平等观念、增强家校合作的协同能力、强化家校合作的主体地位、尝试体育纳入高考的模式等应然对策。 Guided by the requirements of Heath in China 2030 Planning Outline,based on participating in the work of testing and sampled examination of National Student Physical Health Standards,organized by the Department of Physical and Health Arts of the Ministry of Education,coupled with questionnaire survey and special interview,the authors examined family and school cooperation in the domain of student physical health promotion,concluded that in terms of promoting student physical health,family and school cooperation has such realistic conditions as marginalized situation,passive implementation,negative participation,missing subject,etc.On the basis of dissecting the causes,the authors put forward such ideal measures as enacting family and school cooperation matching policies,establishing the concept of equality of family and school cooperation,enhancing the coordinating ability of family and school cooperation,intensifying the subject status of family and school cooperation,and trying to include physical education into the mode of college entrance examination.
